Offices Closed

Our offices will be closed for the holidays beginning Monday, Dec. 23 and will reopen on Thursday, Jan. 2. We look forward to serving you in 2025!

Enrollment Deposit Is Open

Students can now submit their $300 enrollment deposit for fall 2025 in their application portal. This important step will allow students to register for housing and orientation and enrollment beginning in February. 

Room assignments will be made in the spring based on the date and time students submit the enrollment deposit, housing and roommate preferences and availability. 

Those eligible for an application fee waiver, Oklahoma's Promise or a Pell Grant as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), may have their enrollment deposit deferred until the fall, but they will still need to submit the deposit form. The deposit can be refunded in part ($250) for those who cancel admission by May 1.

FAFSA

The 2025-2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is now open. Your students should fill out the FAFSA using OSU's school code of 003170 as soon as possible to maximize scholarship and financial aid opportunities.

Before completing the FAFSA, they will need to create an FSA ID, which serves as their legal signature when completing the FAFSA. They can visit the Federal Student Aid website to get started.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Priority Scholarship Deadline (Feb. 1)

Please encourage your students to apply for admission and file their FAFSA by Feb. 1 to meet OSU's Priority Scholarship Deadline. While students are considered for admission without an ACT or SAT score, some scholarships require test scores for consideration.

We will begin awarding select competitive scholarships as early as this month, so remind your students to submit their application materials, including test scores, as soon as they become available. The earlier, the better!

Two Ways To Apply

• Common Application: Enables first-time freshman to apply for admission to multiple schools with one application
• OSU application: Serves as application for both admission and scholarships at OSU

Application Fee Waiver

OSU accepts ACT, SAT, and NACAC fee waivers. For students who qualify for free or reduced lunch, you may also request an application fee waiver on their behalf. Please email or mail an official waiver or letter confirming the student’s eligibility.

With the incredible demand for The Boys From Oklahoma concert series in Stillwater, OSU Junior Day has been rescheduled for Apr. 26. This is a great opportunity for high school juniors to explore OSU, learn about our majors and get a taste of campus life. We can’t wait to welcome your students!

Admitted Student Days

Admitted Student Days at Oklahoma State University are the perfect opportunity for your admitted students to experience life as a Cowboy! These events offer an inside look at residential halls, Greek life, academic programs and student organizations, while also providing essential next-step enrollment information. Students will connect with current OSU students, meet their future classmates and even become eligible for early move-in. Encourage your students to log in to their application portal and register for one of the options below:

Living Learning Program Priority Deadline

Living Learning Programs (LLPs) are specialized living environments where students live with peers who share similar academic interests or hobbies. Encourage your students to submit their applications by Feb. 1 to receive priority consideration.

CAS Living Learning Programs
 

The College of Arts and Sciences offers opportunities to live and connect with like-minded peers who share their interests and career goals. STEM Living, Psychology House, and Media House help students develop a sense of belonging and enhance their academic experience. CEAT Living and Learning Programs

 First-year students majoring in the College of Engineering, Architecture, and Technology can take advantage of our dedicated Living Learning Program in Parker Hall.

The recently renovated residence hall features traditional-style living with specialized services and programs, including mentoring with upper classmates (PEATEs), free on-site tutoring and regular interaction with CEAT faculty and staff through socials and presentations. Applications are now open!

College of Professional Studies

Students can begin their studies at OSU-Stillwater, Tulsa Community College, or fully online, and finish either online or at OSU-Tulsa. Graduates enter the workforce career-ready with practical skills tailored to real-world needs. Learn more today!
