CSS Profile and FAFSA:

The CSS Profile will open without delay. Encourage your students to start ASAP! The FAFSA will open in December 2024. Check the FAFSA website for updates.

Encourage your students to complete both financial aid applications as soon as they are available so they can be considered for need-based financial aid.

New this year, non-citizen students will be eligible for Baylor-funded, institutional need-based aid (if eligible) by completing the CSS Profile.

  • October 1: The CSS Profile opens
  • November 1: Priority deadline to submit the CSS Profile for Early Decision and Early Action
  • December: FAFSA opens
  • February 1: CSS Profile final deadline and FAFSA priority deadline for all admission plans

Application Review and Merit-Based Scholarship Season!

Application review season is quickly approaching, and one exiting update is that accepted students will receive their admissions acceptance WITH a merit-based scholarship offer if eligible!

Your students can earn anywhere from $10,000 - $25,000 a year (renewable up to four years at Baylor) for simply applying to Baylor! No separate application is required.

Additional Application Materials

A green and yellow graphic with the text 'Helpful Resource: SELF-REPORTED ACADEMIC RECORD'.

Self-Reported Academic Record:

We recommend that students self-report their academic information, including coursework and grades, with the Self-Reported Academic Record, or SRAR. This allows Baylor Admissions to process the student's application more holistically by providing a better understanding of their GPA and individual coursework. To learn more, visit Baylor University | Self-Reported Academic Record.

Text on a yellow background reads 'Helpful Resource: TRANSCRIPTS' in green and white.

Transcripts:

Transcripts require significant time and attention, so we ask that you remind your students to send in their transcripts now to complete their application file. We accept either official or unofficial transcripts, although official transcripts are required for final enrollment at Baylor. Visit this webpage for more information on transcript requirements, like how to submit them and what you should include.
